Improve your posts

Understand your scores and decide what to fix first

How to read the Overview, the Content Scores page and the Fix-next column: what the numbers mean, what the colours are, and how to work through the list.

Time

What you need

  • The plugin installed (no account needed)

Every post and page gets a score out of 100. The score is worked out on your own server, needs no account and sends your text nowhere. The point is not the number. It is knowing which post to fix next and what to do.

The three colours

  • Good: 80 or more.
  • Needs polish: 55 to 79.
  • Needs work: under 55.

Each post is graded on four things: basic SEO (title, description, keyword, URL), content (length, structure, links), readability, and AI readiness (can an AI assistant find a clear answer in it).

The Overview

Open OnlyAI SEO in the WordPress menu.

  • Your SEO health: the big score for the whole site, and how many posts score 80 or more.
  • Next best actions: a ranked to-do list. Each line has an impact (high or medium), the time it should take, and a button that takes you to the fix. Fix the top one first, then work down.
  • Fix these first: the lowest-scoring posts, each with its first problem and an Improve button.
  • How your posts score: how many are Good, Polish, Work or Unscored, and the average for each of the four areas.
  • Ask your SEO buddy: a chat that knows your scores (needs OnlyAI Cloud). Try "What should I fix first?".
  • Setup: the checklist of connections (cloud, Google, sitemap, llms.txt, IndexNow).

Press Re-scan all posts to grade everything again. Posts are also re-scored every time you save them, and a scheduled re-score runs hourly, twice a day or daily (Settings, Automation, Re-score frequency).

The Content Scores page

Open OnlyAI SEO, Content Scores for every post in one table: the score, four small bars (SEO, Content, Read, AI), the Fix next problem, the keyword and when it was last edited.

  • Use the filters at the top: All, Needs work, Needs polish, Good, No keyword, Unscored.
  • Use Search to find one post.
  • Press Improve on a row to open the post with the sidebar ready.

A simple routine

  1. Once a week, open the Overview and do the top Next best action.
  2. Open the posts under Fix these first and use 1-click SEO on each.
  3. Check the Inbox: your agents have usually found something worth five minutes.
