Use the Inbox: what each agent proposes and how to act on a card

Open the Inbox, run your agents, and handle each kind of card: Refresher, Keyword Scout, Link Builder, Auditor, AI Visibility, Rank Digest, CTR Fixer, Link & 404 Keeper and Cannibalization Resolver.

The Inbox is a short list of proposals, each with the evidence behind it. A proposal changes nothing until you press its button. On every card you can Snooze (hides it for 7 days), Dismiss (it stays away for 30 days) or open the post. A problem that is already fixed closes its own card.

Open it and run the agents

1. Open OnlyAI SEO, Inbox. The top shows how many proposals are waiting and what you finished or dismissed in the last 30 days.
2. Press Run my agents now to run them on demand. Otherwise they run by themselves, daily (Rank Digest weekly).
3. Each agent shows when it last ran, how many items it looked at and how many new cards it left.

Card by card

Refresher: a post worth updating

The card gives the evidence (for example "clicks fell 38%") and a short checklist. If it carries a suggested SEO title, one button saves it as the post's SEO title; the page text is untouched. It leaves dated posts (match reports, results) alone. Why.

Keyword Scout: a search that deserves a page

Press the button to create a draft (never published) with the focus keyword set, or to fill an empty focus keyword. It never replaces a keyword you already chose. Needs Search Console.

Link Builder: a missing link

Press Add this link. A revision of the post is kept. Details.

Auditor: a site problem

The card names the problem ("Discourage search engines" left on, plain permalinks, no HTTPS, duplicate titles, posts nothing links to) and where to fix it. When you fix it, the card closes itself on the next run.

AI Visibility: can AI quote you?

Site-level findings (llms.txt off, a citation crawler blocked) and up to three high-earning posts that are hard to quote, with the checks that fail. AI search guide.

Rank Digest: your week in search

A weekly note: who rose and fell, who entered or left the top ten, clicks against the period before. There is nothing to apply.

CTR Fixer: page one but few clicks

For posts that rank on page one but earn far fewer clicks than that position normally does, it writes three titles and two descriptions. Press Use this title or Use this description; each is undoable. A cooldown stops it touching the same post again for 60 days, and after a while a follow-up card reports whether clicks improved (with a revert button).

Link & 404 Keeper: broken things

For a 404 people hit, press Redirect (or choose gone) to create the rule. For a dead outgoing link, press Remove link: it keeps your words and drops only the link. A dead link is only reported after two failed checks at least two days apart, and links that block bots are skipped. It never touches image or button links.

Cannibalization Resolver: two posts, one search

Pick one of three reversible moves: point a canonical at the winner, link to it, or redirect to it. The canonical and redirect moves can be undone.
