Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and OnlyAI Matters, Bangalore, India (“we”, “us”) for the OnlyAI SEO website, the OnlyAI Cloud service and your account. By creating an account or using OnlyAI Cloud you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The plugin and the service

The OnlyAI SEO WordPress plugin is free software under the GNU GPL v2 or later (see License). It works on your site without an account. OnlyAI Cloud is our hosted service that the plugin calls for AI help; it needs an account and an API key, and these terms apply to it.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to make a binding agreement. If you sign up for a company or a client, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for them.

Your account and keys

• Give us a real email address and keep your password and API keys private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and keys.
• You may use your keys on the sites you own or manage. Do not give them to others to use as their own access, and do not resell access to OnlyAI Cloud.
• Tell us straight away if you think a key or your account has been misused. You can revoke a key from your dashboard at any time.

Plans and limits

Free is 10 AI requests a day, Pro is 100 and Agency is 1,000, counted for the whole account over a rolling 24 hours and shared by all your keys and sites. A request that fails on our side is not counted. When you reach the limit, requests wait until one frees up or you move to a bigger plan. Key limits also apply, as shown on the pricing page.

We may change plans, limits and prices. For a paid subscription we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before a change that makes it worse, and you may cancel before it applies. Launch prices shown on the site stay as stated until we say otherwise.

Payments, renewal and cancelling

• Paid plans (Pro $10 a month, Agency $49 a month at the time of writing) renew every month until you cancel. The price you see at checkout, plus any tax it shows, is what you pay.
• Payments are taken by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. It is the seller for tax and invoicing, and its terms apply to the payment itself. We never see your card details.
• Cancel any time from Manage billing in your dashboard. Depending on what you choose there, access ends at once or at the end of the period you have paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, we keep your plan for a short grace period. If it still fails, your account moves to the free limits until the payment goes through.
• If a payment is disputed with your bank or card issuer, we may move the account to the free plan while it is sorted out.
• Your first payment for a plan has a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. The full details are in our Refund policy.

AI output and your content

• You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to process what you send to OnlyAI Cloud only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Suggestions from the AI belong to you to use as you like, as far as the law and our providers allow. We claim no rights in them.
• AI can be wrong, repetitive or similar to other text. Check every suggestion before you publish it. OnlyAI SEO is built so nothing on your site changes without your approval, and you are responsible for what you publish.
• We do not promise any ranking, traffic or search result. Search engines decide those, not us.

Acceptable use

Do not use OnlyAI Cloud to:

• break the law, or infringe other people’s rights;
• produce spam, scams, malware, hateful or sexual content involving minors, or content meant to mislead people about who wrote it or what it is;
• get around limits, share or resell access, or build a competing AI service on top of ours;
• overload, probe, scrape or attack the service or try to reach other people’s data.

If you find a security problem, please tell us at the address below before you tell anyone else. We may block requests or suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why when we can.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep OnlyAI Cloud running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. It depends on providers we do not control, such as hosting and AI models, and we may change, replace or retire features and models. The plugin keeps working for its non-AI features if the service is down.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we must by law, or if your account is unpaid or abusive; if we end a paid plan for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost traffic or lost data. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, India have jurisdiction over disputes about them, without limiting any rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of the place where you live. Please write to us first; most problems can be solved by talking.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will change the date above and email account holders; for paid plans we will give 30 days’ notice of changes that make things worse. Using the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
