Improve your posts

Work faster from the Posts list: columns, Quick Edit and Bulk Edit

Show the SEO title, description, focus keyword and link counts in your Posts and Pages lists, edit them in place and change many posts at once.

You do not have to open every post to fix its SEO. The Posts and Pages lists can show and edit the important fields.

Show the columns

1. Open Posts (or Pages).
2. Press Screen Options at the top right.
3. Tick SEO title, Meta description, Focus keyword and Links (and the score column).

Each shows the value, and for titles and descriptions the length (red when too long). Links shows how many posts link to this one, how many of your own pages it links to and how many outside links it has, with a warning on posts that nothing links to. The page draws first and the incoming count fills in a moment later, so the list stays quick on sites with thousands of posts.

At the top of the list, the counts SEO good, SEO needs polish and SEO needs work are filters: press one to see only those posts.

Quick Edit

Hover a row and press Quick Edit. It now has the SEO title, description, focus keyword (extra keywords show as +N), hide from search results and cornerstone content.

Bulk Edit

Tick several posts, choose Edit in the Bulk actions menu and press Apply. Bulk Edit can hide or show many posts in search and mark or unmark them as cornerstone.

Re-score

In the Bulk actions menu, Re-score SEO (OnlyAI) grades the ticked posts again. To grade everything, press Re-scan all posts on the Overview.
