Site setup
Copy settings to another site, run big jobs with WP-CLI, and uninstall cleanly
Export and import your look-and-feel settings, run imports and scoring from the command line on big sites, re-score or clear scores, and what uninstalling removes.
Time
10 minutes
What you need
- The plugin installed
- Optional: WP-CLI, for the command-line parts
Copy settings to another site
- On the first site open OnlyAI SEO, Settings, Copy settings to another site and press Export settings. You get one file with the titles, robots, social, identity, schema and redirect options.
- On the other site open the same card and choose the file under Import a settings file.
API keys, Google access, redirects and posts are never included, and everything imported is checked the same way as saving by hand.
Big sites: WP-CLI
wp onlyai-seo import yoast --dry-run, then without--dry-run(alsorankmath,aioseo,seopress).wp onlyai-seo scoreto score posts.wp onlyai-seo redirects import|export|copy(copy fromredirection,rankmathoryoast).wp onlyai-seo settings export|import.
The import page also works in short steps on big sites: it saves its place as it goes, retries when the server hiccups, and can be paused and resumed.
Re-score or clear scores
Under Settings, Data & privacy, Re-score every post grades everything again and Clear all stored scores wipes them (they are rebuilt on the next scan).
Uninstall
- Open Plugins, Deactivate OnlyAI SEO.
- Press Delete.
Deleting the plugin removes its settings, stored scores, tables, scheduled jobs and the rights it handed to roles. Your posts and their content are not touched. Deactivating alone keeps everything, so you can switch it back on later.
