What leaves your site, and what never does
A plain list of what OnlyAI SEO keeps on your server, what it sends to OnlyAI Cloud and only when, how keys and Google access are stored, and how to turn things off.
Time
5 minutes
OnlyAI SEO is built so that measuring your site happens on your own server, and text only leaves it when you press a button that needs AI.
Stays on your site
- Scoring, the Overview, the Content Scores page and the Inbox.
- The agents' own reading and runs. They do not call OnlyAI Cloud on their own.
- Your posts, links, redirects, sitemaps and structured data.
Sent to OnlyAI Cloud, only when you ask
- AI titles, descriptions and keyword help in the editor: the post title and the first 1,500 characters of text.
- Content ideas: the topic you type.
- AI Tools (link suggestions, repurposing, image alt text): the text you paste or choose.
- The SEO buddy chat: your question, with your site name, summary scores and the titles of your weakest posts.
- 1-click SEO: what it needs for one request.
The request runs on AutoArticle AI's engine and the answer comes back. Failed requests are not counted. OnlyAI does not use your prompts or posts to train models.
Sent to AutoArticle AI, only when you write an article
A brief you fill in for Write with AutoArticle AI goes from your site to the AutoArticle AI plugin's service under its own key and terms, not through OnlyAI Cloud. Guide.
- The sign-in passes through onlyaiseo.com only to hand your site its access. It is held encrypted for a few minutes, collected once and deleted. Nothing is stored or logged on our side.
- Search Console and Analytics numbers go from Google straight to your site, read-only.
- A Google service-account key for fast indexing is stored encrypted on your site and sent only to Google.
- Disconnect in Settings withdraws the permission at Google.
Updates
Twice a day the plugin asks onlyaiseo.com whether a newer version exists. It sends only the plugin, WordPress and PHP versions: no site address, no account, no key. Switch it off with define('ONLYAI_SEO_DISABLE_UPDATER', true);.
Keys
Your cloud key is stored on your site and kept out of the options that load on every page view. On our side keys are checked by a SHA-256 hash, with a second encrypted copy so you can copy the key again from your dashboard. If a key leaks, revoke it in Dashboard, API keys.
